And give clinical provide Of TCM syndrome differentiation for the disease.Methods:Through literature review to understand The Guangdong area of AECOPD of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine basic situation, according to literature research and expert consultation and assessment results, construction of AECOPD TCM syndrome questionnaire, respectively, in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and Guangdong General Hospital and so on in clinical research. SPSS16.0statistical analysis software for data by statistical analy package. Using of descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, sample normality test and other statistical methods, for Distribution and type of syndrome.Results:After597cases in Guangdong area of acute exacerbations of COPD analy sis showed that cough, expectoration, dyspnea of main symptoms for acute exacerbation, through cluster analysis the syndromes elements,5groups of syndromes, respectively, lung and spleen two deficiency, phlegm heat obst ructing lung syndrome; lung deficiency of spleen and kidney, cold drink o bstructing lung syndrome; lung deficiency of spleen and kidney, syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung; lung and spleen kidney deficiency, phl egm heat and stasis obstructing lung; lung deficiency of spleen and kidne y, phlegm and stasis obstructing lung syndrome. and then the5syndromes wereanalyzed, the initial formation of the Guangdong area of acute exacer bation of COPD of regularity of TCM Syndrome.Conclusion:the initial formation of Guangdong area traditional Chinese medical syndromes in acute exacerbation of COPD is:(1)the acute exacerbation of COPD TCM diagnosis for lung inflation;(2) the COPD with acute exacerbation of the main Syndrome of the lung and spleen kidney;(3) the COPD acute exacerbation of a clustering syndrome type consistency with expert diagnosis card, were: lung and spleen two deficiency, phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome; lung deficiency of spleen and kidney, cold drink obstructing lung syndrome; lung deficiency of spleen and kidney, syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung; lung and spleen kidney deficiency, phlegm heat and stasis obstructing lung; lung deficiency of spleen and kidney, phlegm and stasis obstructing lung syndrome.providing the basis for the COPD clinical diagnosis, treatment and curative effect evaluation.
