Clinical Research Of Tuina Treatment Of Simple Snoring Base On Audio Analysis

ObjectiveThe research test the practicability of the audio analysis in the clinical research about snoring and observe the specialty of snoring people firstly. And then, we use the audio analysis method to observe the curative effect of tuina treatment of simple snoring.MethodsFirst, we take the audio records from10snoring people in2weeks, and analyze the specialty of these audio records with the help of computer soft for audio analysis.Base on the result of the first step, we pick up the specialty of snoring people and use a randomized controlled experiment to observe the curative effect of tuina of simple snoring:We divide20snoring people into two groups, one using the tuina treatment and the other one using Chinese medicine herbs, and take their audio records before, during and after the treatment. With the help of computer soft, we get the data from these records and fill them in the form, and use the statistical method to analyze the difference between two groups.ResultsIn the first part of research, we prove the practicability of the audio analysis in the clinical research about snoring and notice the specialty of snoring people:the snoring is much worse in the first3hours after they fall asleep, and we can observe the strength and frequency of snoring in this time in the randomized controlled experiment.In the randomized controlled experiment, we find that the group using tuina treatment has a better curative effect during the treatment, both the strength and frequency of snoring reduce faster than the group using Chinese medicine herbs. But2weeks after the treatment, the strength and frequency of snoring of two groups also rise again. It shows that tuina treatment has a better curative effect in the near future, but less long-term follow-up result.ConclusionThe audio analysis is useful in the clinical research about snoring. Tuina treatment has a better curative effect in the near future, but less long-term follow-up result. For a better cure of snoring, we should show a better habit of life to snoring people beside treatment, such as discontinue the habit of smoking and drinking, practice, reduce weight, lateral sleep and so on.
