ObjectiveThe purpose of this investigation is to understand the epidemiological characteristics in Guangzhou area of condyloma acuminatum. Which focuses on the Constitutional Types of TCM and HPV types, in order to provide scientific basis and new thinking for prevention and treatment of CAMethodIn the clinical respect,176Patients are all from GuangDong Province Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine between October2010and December2011. In line with China’s CDC STD control center in2009December issued condyloma diagnosis standard. Collect each patient’s social behavior, sexual behavior characteristic, clinical data and recurrence. Test the patients with "the classification and identification of constitutions of TCM","SDS" and "SAS". In the experimental respect,147samples are all from the patients who tested HPV26subtypes Between August2010to January2012in dermatology. Record the gender, age, site and HPV type information. The softwareof spss17will be used to analysis the data.Results1. The result showed the number of biased constitution was138, accounting for78.8%.In descending order of percentage, the range was dampness-heat constitution(48.3%), qi deficiency constitution(36.9%).2. The human papilloma virus type distribution:In descending order of percentage, the range was6(29.9%)、HPV11(28.6%) HPV16(17.7%)、 HPV52(15.0%)、 HPV58(6.1%)、 HPV68(5.4%)、HPV31(4.1%)、 HPV33(4.1%)、 HPV39(4.1%).The infection of high-risk HPV is more than the low.3. The study of social behavior characteristics:Most of the cases education in University or undergraduate,20～29years of age, single, lack of exercise, the percentage of smoke, drink and stay up late are high.4. The characteristics of sexual behavior:The Median of the first sex age is21year old, the Median of the Monthly frequency of sexual life is4times, the Median of The cumulative number of sexual partners is2.27%of these patients have no fixed sexual partner.5. Disease related characteristics:Main Distribution of the disease course is1to2months, the Median of the Wart Integral is6points. The cauliflower form is the most shape. Most patients have no feeling of discomfort, in66.5%of the patients as the initial, for33.5%of the patients with recurrence. In58%of the patients through non-marital, sexual transmission-Only39.7%of the patient’s sexual partner have examination and treatment at the same time.6. Depression and anxiety:41.3%of the patients had different degree of depression. In descending order of percentage, the range was mild depression (30.7%); moderate depression (9.1%); severe depression (0.6%).27.8%of the patients had different degree of anxiety, In descending order of percentage, the range was mild anxiety (17%); moderate anxiety (9.1%); severe anxiety (1.7%)7. Recurrence:recurrence rate observed for the one months total recurrence rate was46.1%, for the three months was22.7%, for the six months was6.5%. The group of laser and Immunity regulating medicine:The1-months recurrence rate was47.9%, The3-months recurrence rate was27.7%, The6-months recurrence rate was8.4%. The group of laser, Photodynamic therapy and Immunity regulating medicine:The1-months recurrence rate was43.8%, The3-months recurrence rate was12.5%, The6-months recurrence rate was0%.The group of Youkeluo and other Chinese medicine:the1-months recurrence rate was36.8%, The3-months recurrence rate and the6-months recurrence rate were0%.Single factor analysis found some patients in the1months after treatment with the higher recurrence rate, such as:warts occur in a particular location, no fixed sexual partner, sexual partner do not have examination and treatment at the same time, through Sexual transmission with unmarried. The3-months recurrence rate after treatment will higher if the patient is male,, or smoke. Patient who smoke in6months after treatment with higher recurrence rate.Binary Logistic regression analysis results show:wart body with high points may be the risk factor for1-months recurrence after laser operation; protective factor may conclude sexual partners have examination and treatment at the same time, fixed sexual partner. The gender of male and smoke may be risk factors for the3-months recurrence rate after laser surgery. Smoking may be the risk factor for the6-months recurrence rate after laser surgery.ConclusionCondyloma acuminatum occur in the sexually active population, affecting the patient’s physical and mental health because of its high recurrence.The Largest proportion of the two constitution of TCM biased is dampheat constitution and qi deficiency. The infection of high-risk HPV is more than the low. Recurrence from high to low:the group of laser and immunity regulating Medicine, the group of laser and photodynamic therapy and immunity regulating medicine,the group of Youkeluo and other Chinese medicine.
