This paper is to solve these problems to carry on the discussion, the antibacterial mechanism of bacteria adsorption mechanism mode of action, bacteriostatic topic further research provides theoretical foundation for its practical application, to provide theoretical support for.This paper mainly through the literature material law, the experimental research method, mathematical statistic method to observe and research of Staphylococcus aureus in45S5bioactive glass surface adsorption phenomenon, mainly through the study of biologically active materials45S5against Staphylococcus aureus and its adsorption mechanism of Staphylococcus aureus adhesion to form two aspects to form systematic theory.
