Porous glass is the glass that have skeleton structure with silica which obtained by acid leach the glass which has been phase separated on the certain temperature. It has wide use in virus filtration,chromatographic analysis,immobilized enzyme and optical for its nature that controllable pore size,large specific area,stable chemical property and the tolerance in chemical erosion. And biochip has focused on since it's made, the preconditions of preparation and analysis of the biochip is to prepare the biochip, and the key of the preparation is the manufacture of carrier material. Our job is to give a serve to the preparation of carrier material based on the characters of porous glass.Porous glass was successfully fabricated by acid leaching treatment and phase-separation based on the sodium borosilicate glass. And the parameters of pore glass powder such as:surface topography,pore structure,specific surface area,pore diameter and pore volume, were analysed through SEM,DTA,XRD and nitrogen sorption instruments. And the results of the tests is the main reason to decide the way how the conditions affect the properties of the pore glass.Then decided the certain conditions of heat and acid treatment and changed the component to obtain the macropores for the reason that widen the application range of pore glass powder we made, used in our living finally. And this is helpful to obtain the high-density nanometer porous carrier material, has positive impact to the research on our biology and genome project.The study indicated that, for 7Na2O-23B2O3-70SiO2 increasing of the heat temperature and time among a certain range is contribute to amplify the average pore size, and 680-710℃,12h is the best condition; the lower concentration and longer time in acid leaching is also helpful to get the larger aperture, besides the increasing of heat temperature and prolong of the heating time and the change of the acid conditions made the surface area and pore volume to be different. In addition Li+ is good for phase separation, Ti+ can control the pore size distribution though it's restrain phase separation. Besides, the macropores-100nm has prepared under 700℃/12h; 1mol/l HCl/24h when the material was 2Na2O-10CaO-31B2O3-52SiO2-5Al2O3.
