Objective: by observation before and after aerobic exercise in patients with hyperlipidemia serumhomocysteine,6-keto-prostaglandin, thromboxane B2levels of dynamic change and its correlation ofaerobic exercise to reduce fat bloodpatients with vascular thrombosis risk of disease, as well as thesignificance of enhancing the health of patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: laboratory lipid testing, screening diagnosed patients with hyperlipidemia60.60peoplewere randomly divided into four groups, including: the control group (DZ), the drug group (YW), exercisehabits group (YD), the sedentary group (WYD). Aerobic exercise intervention for each group, usingradioimmunoassay, dynamic determination of each group before and after exercise, homocysteine (HCY),6-keto prostaglandin (6-K-PGF1a in), thromboxane B2(TXB2) level of comparison after the change of thethree indicators of the movement and its correlation.Results:(1) After4months after exercise test, before the exercise group TXB2level of treatment was significantlylower (P <0.05); before the plasma6-K-PGF1a in the level of treatment was significantly higher (P <0.05);plasma HCY levels decrease compared with before treatment (P <0.05), the differences were statisticallysignificant.(2) The movement of plasma TXB2in plasma6-K-PGF1a in the level of negative correlation (R=-0.615,P<0.01), no correlation with plasma HCY levels.(3) Lipid parameters decreased after exercise.Conclusion:(1).Aerobic exercise can effectively lower blood lipids.(2).Aerobic exercise can reduce the disease risk of blockage of blood vessels of patients withhyperlipidemia.
