Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU levels in primary liver cancer. Methods:The serum levels of AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU were measured in142cases with primary liver cancer,106cases with liver cirrhosis group and125healthy subjects by chemiluminescence method. The positive rate of diagnosing primary liver cancer was analyzed. Results:Positive rate of AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU for primary hepatic cancer was74.6%,73.9%,42.2%,76.3%. Compared with liver cirrhosis group and healthy subjects, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The positive rate of those four serum markers were98.6%, compared with single examination marker, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:AFP, AFP-L3, ALP and AFU have certain diagnostic value for primary liver cancer. United determination can raise the diagnosis rate of primary liver cancer.
