Objective To summary of the patient with congenital band syndrome diagnosis, treatment, and to analysis its clinical characteristic and surgical experience.Methods The retrospective analysis of a case of congenital band syndrome patient and the literature to analyze the etiology of the disease, clinical treatment and the effect, put forward the new development for its occurrence, development and treatment.Material One case of12-year-old male patient, with the left finger, ring finger and little finger root skin band with rubber-like swelling ring finger, left middle finger distal phalanx shortening deformity.Interventions Line "Z" word flap forming surgery treatment.Results Postoperative patient recovered well and band ring disappea,ring finger and the swelling subsided, no distal limb ischemia of necrosis, no scar contracture form, physical appearance returned to normal.Conclusions Congenital band syndrome is a common childhood congenital malformation, the incidence of early formation of the banding will result in limb development and appearance of a negative impact, early surgical treatment can effectively eliminate the deformity, and make limb normal development,to avoid further damage to the body.
