Objective:Analysis the impact change factors about peripheral blood circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) counts and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hypoxia-inducible factor-la(HIF-la) concentration in the west of high, middle and low latitudes healthy crowd. According to the elevation, nationality, age and gender factors analyzed and compared on the number of EPCs and peripheral blood of VEGF, HIF-1α factor concentration of healthy people. Described the number of EPCs, VEGF, HIF-1α factor concentration changes on peripheral blood of healthy people in the under conditions of elevation, nationality, age and gender factors provide a good research foundation for the prevention and control measures of various diseases related to the number of peripheral blood EPCs and VEGF, HIF-la factor concentration in the under conditions of elevation, nationality, age and gender factors.Methods:High altitude area in the northwest Gansu province GanNaZhou hezuo city in the Tibetan, altitude area in zhangye Sunan County Gansu province Tibetan, zhangye sunan yugu entered, AKeSai kazak jiuquan city,lanzhou han nationality of the gansu province, low altitude area XianYang city shaanxi province han residents stratified sampling method according to the health the select60cases samples and age is divided into20years of age,20to45years, more than46years old, each age group20cases samples were taken from each of the10cases the gender ratio. Each sample collection8ml peripheral blood crowd on an empty stomach,0.5ml whole blood using antibody surface markers and peripheral blood flow cytometric detection EPCs quantity, the remaining blood separation of plasma, using ELISA to detect the concentration of functional factors in the peripheral blood of VEGF, HIF-1α.Results:First, in accordance with the altitude factor the health of residents in the number of EPCs peripheral blood of VEGF, HIF-1α concentration:the conditions the same nation, age, gender factors, high altitude GanNaZhou hezuo city Tibetan higher than altitude sunan contry Tibetan residents; Altitude of Lanzhou city of Gansu Province Han rensidents higher than the low altitude Xianyang city of Shaanxi Province, the number of EPCs and peripheral blood of healthy Han residents in peripheral blood of VEGF and of HIF-1α concentration, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Second, in accordance with the national factor relatively healthy residents the number of EPCs and peripheral blood of VEGF and HIF-1α concentration:The conditions of the same altitude, age, gender factors, elevation of Zhangye City Sunan Tibetan higher than Sunan health of residents. Zhangye city Sunan Tibetan higher than the Kazak health of residents; Zhangye city Sunan Tibetan higher than the Lanzhou city Han health residents; Jiuquan city Kazak higher than the peripheral blood of healthy residents of Lanzhou city Han residents; Sunan of Zhangye city is higher than Han health in Lanzhou city residents; Juquan city Kazak higher than the Sunan of Zhangye city. By comparison healthy residents between the age of peripheral blood EPCs number and VEGF, HIF-1α concentration:(A)high-altitude hezuo city Tibetan health residents in the conditions of the same gender factors. Jiuquan city Kazak health residents of Gansu Province, Lanzhou city han resident health residents of Gansu Province, Xianyang city Han healthy residents of Shaanxi Province the number of EPCs, VEGF and HIF-1α concentration in peripheral blood low-elevation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And gender factors on the number of EPCs, VEGF and HIF-1α concentration effect in peripheral blood healthy residents, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). First, elevation of factors:(A)elevation of factors on the number of circulating EPCs in peripheral blood:With the elevation gradient increases, the number of circulating EPCs and peripheral blood VEGF and HIF-1α concentration upward trend.(B)elevation factors on the peripheral blood concentration of VEGF:Higher in high-altitude conditions the concentration of VEGF healthy residents than in the low altitude environment.(C) elevation of factors on the peripheral blood HIF-1α concentration:Conditions of high altitude factors higher than the health of residents in low altitude HIF-la concentrations. The peripheral blood of healthy residents in the same gender factors the number of circulating EPCs and VEGF, HIF-1α concentration have an impact. Third, the factors of age, nation the peripheral blood of healthy individuals of the same age the number of circulating EPCs and VEGF, HIF-1α concentration produced impact.Fourth, gender factors on the number of EPCs, VEGF and HIF-la concentration was not significant correlation in peripheral blood of the health residents.
