Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a kind of clinical neuropsychological diseases.which is characteristic of no able to control force thinking and/or force action..with delayed duration, often causing patients social function lost, seriously threatening human physical and mental health. With the development of medical model,the bio-psycho-social factors in the research of Obsessive-compulsive disorder is further approaching,the pidemiology,psychopharmacology,symptomatology, diagnose treatment have been consummated. In recent years, molecular genetics is still a hot spot of Obsessive-compulsive disorder.The progress of its technology and biostatistics analysis make it possible to search for the susceptibility gene of Obsessive-compulsive disorder. The typical or specific case report may contribute to the advancement of the treatment with respect to the therapy of Obsessive-compulsive disorder. This case report is concerned with three hospitalized Obsessive-compulsive disorder patients as well as the diagnosis and treating processes in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University and a minor review of the advancement up to date about the treatment of Obsessive-compulsive disorder is given.
