Objective: To analyze the changes in thyroid function before and after131Itherapy of thyroid cancer impact on lipid levels in patientswith differenttiming,observed after131I therapy given thyroid hormone replacement therapyon lipid levels in patients.Methods:215patients with differentiated thyroid total resection (neartotal resection) after1-2months of radioactive131I treatment of patients withDTC were randomly divided into a rapid thyroid hormone replacement group(group A) and the extension of thethyroid hormone replacement group (B),where A and B groups around radionuclide therapy period, taking the first fivedays and90days in serum free thyroxine (FT4), free iodine in the thyroid ofthe original acid (FT3), ultra-sensitive thyroid-stimulating hormone(sTSH),total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) detection.111cases ofnormal control group of healthy adults to select the same period medical appealtwo groups werecompared.Results: Fast alternative to the group and extension of the alternativegroup TSH levels and lipid levels in the peri-radionuclide therapy before and90days after treatment,no significantdifference(P>0.05),15days of TSH levelsand lipid some indicators there are significant differences after reatment(p<0.05).Conclusion: in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after131I therapyboth before and after the abnormal lipid metabolism, withserum TSH levels;131I therapy underwent thyroid hormone, thyroid hormone replacement therapycan help patients return to normalblood lipid levels, given in sufficient quantities for the first time can beserum TSH, early recovery, and no significantadverse reactions.
