Aim :High dose 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer is a clinically effective treatment for common. but because of memory in hypoxic tumor cells led to tumor treatment ineffective, Glycididazole sodium is widely used in radiation therapy of radiation sensitizer and has achieved good efficacy. The introduction of sodium glycididazole 131I brachytherapy treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer metastases, Observed in the 131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer in cervical lymph node metastases and clinical side effects. And whether to increase the sensitivity of tumor cells while reducing the amount of 131I.Methods:From January 2007 to January 2010 with the Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital, Jilin University, Department of Nuclear Medicine DTC were treated 88 cases of cervical lymph node metastasis, male 16 cases,72 cases were female, aged 21-62 years, mean age 42.6±7.5 years. Patients meet inclusion criteria and in accordance with randomized, controlled, double-blind principle into:4.44GBq 131I group (A group), CMNa plus 4.44GBq 131I group (B group)and CMNa plus 3.70GBq 131I group (C group).B,C group were treated using both 131I CMNa800mg/m2 static point, once a day for 3 days, A group before 131I treatment of 100 ml normal saline intravenous. All the patients given conventional prednisone, Weilexin and other drugs to reduce adverse reactions, After taking 131I, The next day with oral thyroid hormone L-100μg / day. Before treatment and follow-up test within 2 years after treatment 131I whole body scan and serum thyroglobulin to observe the effect.12,24 weeks after treatment, the decrease of serum thyroglobulin. Clinical side effects observed during treatment. Effective treatment, cure rate and other counting materials used x2 test, significant level ofα< 0.05,SPSS10.0 software used to process the data. Result:After treatment, all patients reviewed 131I serum thyroglobulin and whole body scanning Tip: A group cure rate of 37.9%,B group treatment cure rate of 65.7%,the two groups was significant difference (p <0.05); C group therapy cure rate of 40.0%, sffinity with A group. A group treatment efficiency 92.9%,B group treatment efficiency of 94.3%,C group and 96.0% effective rate, effective rate 3 Tow-Tow groups no significant difference (p> 0.05)..12 weeks after treatment, group B decreased significantly in patients with Tg greater than A, C group (p <0.05), and A |, C no significant statistical difference between (p> 0.05); 24 weeks after treatment, A, B, C Tg decrease among the three groups no significant statistical difference (p> 0.05).Among the three groups before and after treatment 3 months after treatment red blood cell, neutrophil and platelet were not significantly different (p> 0.05),compared patients in each group before and after parathyroid hormone levels, were not found significant changes, compared among the groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment in patients with various liver function showed no significant statistical difference (p> 0.05),each group before treatment and 3 months after treatment in patients with "chromosomal aberration rate and body double centromere, centromere Central rate "is not statistically significant (p>0.05). A,B,C The incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups showed no significant statistical difference (p> 0.05)Conclusion:1,Na glycididazole 131I treatment of DTC in lymph node metastases play a role in radiation sensitivity and improve the therapy. 2, sodium glycididazole 131I treatment in a faster reduction of serum thyroglobulin levels.3,the combination of sodium glycididazole effect can be the premise of ensuring the use of lower doses of 131I,and can significantly reduce the clinical side effects. 4, Combined with sodium glycididazole guarantee 131I treatment in cervical lymph node metastases DTC efficacy while reducing the dose of 131I.
