PurposeIt is aimed to study the application value of Color Doppler Ultrasound incalf muscular venous thrombosis in Young Patients.MethodObserve the function of Color Doppler Ultrasound on young patients withcalf muscular venous thrombosis before and after therapy. Compare andanalyze calf muscular venous thrombosis in elderly patients to make acomparison between the two groups, and then compare the two ultra sonogramsat different periods before and after thrombolytic therapy. Observe recovery ofmuscular venous thrombosis, vein diameter, vein wall and blood flow. Analyzeall the data by using statistical software of SPSS13.0to compare the parametersbetween the two groups. Analyze the changes of the two parameters at differenttime byΧ2test, and conclude that the difference of P<0.05has statisticalmeaning.ResultIn69young patients, there are90muscular venous thromboses. Afterthrombolytic therapy for16weeks,68have disappeared, accounting for75.6%;19have shown blood flow across muscular venous thromboses, accounting for21.1%; only3have no clear change after therapy, accounting for3.3%. Incontrast, in52middle aged and elderly patients, there are191muscular venousthromboses. After thrombolytic therapy for16weeks, only27have disappeared, accounting for14.1%;130have shown blood flow across muscular venousthromboses, accounting for68%;26have no clear change after therapy, accounting for13.6%, and the other8(4.2%) have developed into old residual thrombosis. The result shows clearly that it takes less time for thrombosis todisappear in young patients than in middle aged and elderly patients, and thedifference in the effect of thrombosis between the two groups is distinct(P<0.05).ConclusionCalf muscular venous thrombosis in young patients mostly takes place insuch states as post-surgery, traumas and postpartum. This disease ischaracteristic of acute incidence, concealed clinical symptoms and limitedinvolving ranges. Early diagnosis and timely therapy can cure most of thediseases in short time and generally there is better prognosis, which will greatlyreduce the danger of pulmonary embolism.Color Doppler Ultrasound examination can directly reveal structures ofvascular walls. It also makes it possible to exercise timely observation on thestate of blood flow and at the same time, the exact location and range ofthromboses can be detected, thereby learning luminal obstruction degree anddetecting trivial and separated focal thrombosis. All the above-mentioned haveimportant clinical meanings in early diagnosis of the disease and appropriateevaluation of therapeutic effect.
