The Clinical Efficacy Of Anti-helicobacter Pylori Treatment Of Henoch-sctxinlein Purpura

Purpose：Research the clinical effects of Henoch-Sch nlein purpura（HSP）treated by anti-helicobacter pylori.Data and Methods：Choose128children who had Henoch-Sch nleinpurpura and had been treated in the China–Japan union hospital of JilinUniversity from2000.Jan to2012.Jan. Clinical performances are feel sick、vomit、bellyache、diarrhea、hematochezia. Blood helicobacter pylori detectionand gastroscope detection are used to check HP. We got88children whoseresults of these two detections are positive, it meant they were positive HPinfection. Separated these88children to two group randomly. One is Treatmentgroup with44children and another one is Matched group44children too.Used anti-allergic hormone therapy to treated the matched group children.Some children who had infection should be treated by antibiotic. We treated theTreated group children not only used normal treatment but also used tripletherapy: OME(omeprazole)0.8mg/kg d,2times/d,amoxicillin,50mg/kg d, times/d. CLA(clarithromycin)15mg/kg d,2times/d, course of treatment is two weeks.After two weeks, according to curative effect of HSP to calculate the recoveryrate of each group,and record the recurrence rate of these two groups. UseSPSS17.0to do chi-square test, and find statistics differences.Result：Blood helicobacter pylori detection and gastroscope detection areused to check HP,88children of128are were positive HP infection with twodetections results are positive. Relevance ratio of positive HP is68.75%;Therecovery rate of Treated group with anti-HP treatment is95.5%,the recoveryrate of matched group is72.2%,two sets of data has difference statisticalsignificance（P value <0.05）;With the anti-HP treatment, treated group recovered gastrointestinal symptoms quickly. Recurrence rate is9.5%,therecurrence rate of matched group is18.9%,two sets of data has significantdifference statistical significance （P value <0.05）.Conclusion：According to the research, HP infection is related to HSP.Especially the child who has HSP should check HP as soon as possible. Use HPtreatment to the child whose HP result is positive. It is very good for thetreatment、controlling symptoms、shortening the course of disease、reducingrecurrency rate. It is so important to prognosis of HSP,it should be the height ofthe clinical attention.
