Both groups were asked to exercise their quadriceps.We recorded and compared the changes between the two groups after treatment.AT last we used the software of SPSS to analyze the data and then found out the clinical effect of Chinese medicine interference in pre-osteoarthritis.Results:Compared the gender, age, Chinese medicine symptom and knee clinical examination and active quantitative, we had make sure there was no significant difference between the two group. The condition of the patients in both groups were all improved after three months. But there was no difference and no statistically significant of the two groups. The patients had an improvement in the test group with treatment, which was significantly better than that of the control group after six months. Accept the follow-up after one year of treatment outcome data shows:the test group after treatment for six months, a series of symptoms of the POA sub-health state basic symptoms are moer less than the control group when the clinical data of the attack.Conclusion:It was quite obvious that Chinese medicine interference in POA patients reduce the pain and myasthenia, make short of course of disease, cut down the times of the symptoms come up.Whether it can reduce the incidence of OA needs a longer return visit to explore.
