| Along with the rapidly development of information technology and theintensifying competition of economic globalization, the human society has alreadyentered an era which is led by knowledge, with the characteristics of fast knowledgeupdate, high depreciation of human capital, the increasing dependency of economicon knowledge. Knowledge has replaced the traditional production factors and hasbecome the most important resource of organizations and institutions. Knowledgemanagement is more and more popular in the global scope and become the theme ofmanagement in nowadays.The hospital is a knowledge, technology, and talent intensive institution. Withthe development of market economy in China, the deepening of medical and healthsystem reform and intensive competition after entering the WTO, the advancedmanagement ideas and methods become the indispensable weapon in the competition.Only the hospital which can implement knowledge management and knowledgecreation, use knowledge, and make full use of the cumulative knowledge, can createcore competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy. Therefore, the research andimplementation of knowledge management in the era of knowledge economy have animportant significance to strengthen and improve the work of the hospital, to ensurethe efficiency, normalization and scientificity, to improve the efficiency of thehospital, to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital, and to promote theconstruction of a harmonious hospital.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the relationship between thecharacteristics and performance of hospital staff knowledge management, with in-depth interviews with hospital managers and employees and questionnaire survey,aiming at K specialist hospital. This study discussed through knowledge managementliterature and summed up framework of the research. Referring to interview results,we integrate knowledge management and mathematical methods into thequestionnaire, collect the survey results and apply AHP, fuzzy mathematics analysismethod, and reach the conclusions and suggestions, to provide reference with a viewto hospital management future strategy. |
