OBJECTIVEHypertensive disorders in pregnancy is a pregnancy-specific complications, serious harm to the Maternal and Child Health. Detection of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-9and metalloproteinase inhibition factor (TIMP)-1expression in the placenta of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, explore both gestational hypertension the pathogenesis of the disease.METHODS1An object of study selectionFirst Hospital of Shanxi Medical obstetric hospital delivery of maternal placental specimens collected60cases, divided into four groups. Severe preeclampsia positive expressionrate of25.00%between the two groups with the group of pregnancy-induced hypertension group differences were significant (P<0.05) and statistically significant. Pregnancy-induced hypertension in the placenta of MMP-9expression is lower than normal expression of placental.2TMP-1in the gestational hypertension group, preeclampsia mild group, preeclampsia severe group and control group showed nosignificant difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS1The results show that patients with preeclampsia placental tissue of MMP-9expression and normal placenta decreased significantly, and as the disease worsens, the positive expression rate also followed a declining trend. Of TIMP-1expression in theplacenta in pregnancy-induced hypertension with no significant difference in expression in the normal placental tissue.2MMP-9as a key enzyme in the process of trophoblasticinvasion, and its expression decreased, and the suppressionfactor of TIMP-1between the checks and balances to break with their organizations, may be caused by inadequate placentalperfusion, the onset of pregnancy-induced hypertensive diseasean important role in it.
