Breast Cancer Patients And Th1/Th2Emotional And Relationship Psychological Intervention Experimental Research

Objective:1.Through the patients with breast cancer emotional condition and immune index, and discuss the breast cancer patients emotional condition and immune function of the relationship.2.The emotional problemsin patients with breast cancer through psychological intervention, this paper discusses the psychological intervention on breast cancer emotional condition and the influence of the immune function, so as to further improve breast cancer patients’ auxiliary therapy and measures.Subjects and methods:1. On January2010to June2011in shanxi tumor hospital, pathology diagnosis of breast cancer patients with60and30healthy controls for emotional condition investigation (anxiety and depression self rating scale for self rating scale) and immune index determination TH1(IL-2, TNF-α,IFN-γ) TH2(IL-4, IL-6and IL-10)2.60patients with breast cancer patients were randomly divided into the intervention group (n=30) and the control group (n=30), intervention group in endocrine treatment based on psychological intervention with treatment, mainly including education intervention and cognitive behavior intervention; The control group only used hormone therapy. Two groups of treatment again after emotional condition investigation and immune index determinationRusults:1. Patients with breast cancer the SAS, SDS score level was significantly higher than the control group health, with significant difference. Among them,60.0%of breast cancer patients with mild anxiety,28.3%had moderate anxiety,1.7%had severe anxiety, and health compared with significant difference;63.3%have mild depression,18.3%had moderate depression, health compared with significant difference.2. Breast cancer groups and health compared to the Th1cells factor IL-type2、IFN-γ, expression were significantly lower than those of the control group, and TNF alpha expression level was significantly higher than the control group, Th2cytokines IL-4, IL-10expression level remarkable high and the control group, two groups of IL-6difference was statistically significant.3. Breast cancer group SAS and SDS score will affect the immune index of IL-2, SAS score and the lower the SDS score, IL-2the higher the value.4. Evaluation on effect of intervention:①the SAS, SDS scores of the intervention group after the intervention decreased significantly than the intervention before(P<0.05),while the SAS, SDS scores of the control group had no significant difference;②the regression results indicate that: the change of cancer immune indexes with breast is effected by psychological intervention received or not, the changes of SAS value, occupation, education, marital status, birth status.Conclusion:1. Breast cancer patients’ anxiety and depression in a higher rate is an issue.2. Breast cancer patients TH1type response pattern of weak state, relatively TH2advantage in the state, TH1/TH2balance disorders, TH1/TH2direction to drift.3.Psychological intervention can appropriate improve breast cancer patients’ anxiety, depression mood.4.Psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with breast cancer has certain clinical value, the endocrine therapy can’t solve psychological questions such as the mood has a therapeutic effect for later widely launch of the clinical breast cancer patients psychological intervention to provide theoretical and practical basis...
