The quality of medical records in the improvement year by year, although still has the basic information and pathological diagnosis patient information loss, but overall can meet the needs of the hospital-based cancer register. The follow-up rates of cancer of hospitalized patients, in the year of2006-2007, were59.10%,54.74%. The rates are low, below the requirements of hospital-based cancer registration.2. Carried out a detailed analysis of outpatient and inpatient cancer registration process. Analysis of the details of the clinic, hospital cancer registration process, cancer follow-up process, the hospital cancer registration office work processes. Analysis of the problems and causes of various processes. The existing hospital-based cancer registration process was mainly working a lot, low efficiency, the high cost.3.
