Objective:The serum concentration of CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125were detected by immunochemistry luminescence method in the patients of breast cancer after surgery in Shanxi. To discuss the clinical significance of combined detection of four tumor markers in breast cancer diagnosis, effect evaluation, monitoring and prognosis, it will provide scientific basis for breast cancer postoperative diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.Methods:472cases of breast cancer patients after surgery during March2006-March2007period in Shanxi Cancer Hospital were collected. The patients were female,35-68ages, breast cancer detected by postoperative histopathology. The patients had completed adjuvant therapy. The serum levels of tumor markers were determined by immunochemistry luminescence method between metastasis patients and non-metastasis patients. The different efficacy serum levels of tumor markers were determined by immunochemistry luminescence method immunoassay in the metastasis patients before and after treatment. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS18.0Wilcoxon rank sum test,χ2test and Kruskal-Wallis test.Results:(1) The serum levels of CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125in metastasis group were higher than those in non-metastasis group. There were statistical significance between metastasis group and non-metastasis group (P<0.001).(2) The sensitivity rates of CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125in metastasis group were61.66%,45.00%,86.66%,18.69%respectively; The sensitivity rates of CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125in non-metastasis group were5.71%.7.14%,17.85%.4.28%respectively. The number of χ2were177.82,94.82,197.39,26.74, There were statistical significance between metastasis group and non-metastasis group (P<0.005).(3) The sensitivity increased to93.6%by CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125combined detection, but the specificity decreased to80.6%.(4) The serum levels of CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125were significantly evaluated before and after treatment in metastasis patients (P<0.05).(5)The coincidence rate of CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125and combined detection were55.3%.51.0%,39.7%,31.9%,77.3%. There was no statistical significance between CA15-3and CEA. The coincidence rate of CA15-3, CEA were higher than CA125. TPS (P<0.05). The four tumor markers combined detection in line with the highest rate of77.3%.(6) The serum levels of CA15-3, CEA, TPS. CA125were significantly evaluated in disease complete response group; disease partial response group and disease progressive group (P<0.005). But there is no statistical significance between the results of disease complete response group and disease partial response group (P>0.05).(7) In the postoperative follow-up work, we found that some tumor markers in patients with abnormal than radiographic evidence as early as3-4months.Conclusion:(1)The high expression of serum tumor markers in breast cancer clue to they can be used as tumor markers for breast cancer metastasis;(2) The serum concentration of CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125have value in diagnosis of breast cancer after surgery. It shows good value in the diagnosis of breast cancer by combined detection;(3) CA15-3, CEA, TPS, CA125can better evaluate treatment programs in postoperative metastasis patients:(4)The tumor markers can provide an important reference value for disease changes and prognosis;(5)We can discover metastasis patients as early as possible by monitoring tumor markers.
