Collection information of gender, age , gestational age, birthweight and so on, the establishment of Logistic regression model, univariate and multivariateanalysis. Collection of case group and control group content of trace elements iron, zincindicators, quantitative analysis, t test. Results In the single factor analysis of Qualitative data,11 out of 12 indexes weresignificant, including Children of residence, family economic status, mother’s education level, father’s education level, whether to accept parental guidance, breastfeeding, complementaryfeeding time, to add iron-rich foods, birth weight, premature birth mother late anemia.Inthemultifactor Logistic regression analysis,7 out of 11 indexes were significant, includingfrequent infection history, house fitment history, family history ofcancer, maternal childbearingage, and history of contact with paint, leathershoes, radiation and pesticides. In the multifactorLogistic regression analysis,7 out of 11 indexes were significant, including Feeding patterns, economic status, education level of mothers, complementary feeding time, food supplement type, birth weight, Late anemia of mother.Quantitative data of the t-test analysis results, Thedifference of serum trace elements iron, zinc was statistically significant Between Anemia groupand the Control group。Anemia group of children with serum trace elements iron and zinccontent reduced compared to normal children. Conclusion It is shown that Feeding patterns, economic status, education level of mothers, complementary feeding time, food supplement type, birth weight, Late anemia of mother are closely related to the pathogeny of Iron deficiency anemia and may be the distinguis hedriskfactors of Iron deficiency anemia....
