Objective: To compare the postoperative analgesic efficacy of parecoxib and flurbiprofen inENT surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with ASAⅠorⅡscheduled for ENT surgery under generalanesthesia were allocated to 3 groups (20 cases each group): A、B、C, after the enter theoperating room injected with midazolam 2mg, etomidate 0.5mg/kg, remifentanil 1.5ug/kg,cisatracurium besylate 0.15mg/kg induced by tracheal intubation. Intraoperative to propofol5-7mg/ (kg·h), remifentanil 8-15ug/(kg·h) continuous intravenous infusion. Control (group A)received intravenous normal saline 10ml, parecoxib (group B) received intravenous parecoxib40mg, and flurbiprofen (group C) received intravenous flurbiprofen 100mg, before the end ofoperation within 10-20mins. VAS score was recorded at 2、4、8、12 and 24h after operation.Wealso recorded: rescue analgesics, satisfaction and side effects. Results: Resting and activity VAS in the parecoxib and flurbiprofen groups were significantlylower than the placebo group. In three groups, rescue medication is not given to all patients. There was no significantly difference in adverse effects among the three groups. The level ofpatient’s satisfaction was different. Conclusions: Intravenous parecoxib 40mg and flubiprofen 100mg before the end of ENTsurgery both can effectively alleviate postoperative pain, and analgesic effects are similar tothe two.
