ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy and safety of nephron-sparing surgery in the treatment of small renal cell carcinoma.Methods21patients with small renal cell carcinoma received nephron-sparing surgery included in this study,16cases were male and5were female, average age of42. Underwent nephron-sparing surgery, we have local kidney wound and whether there is leakage of urine were observed.ResultsAll surgery was no bleeding, urine leakage, infection, surgical complications mean follow-up (6±3.2) months, There was also no local recurrence and tumor distant metastasis.ConclusionNephron-sparing surgery in the treatment of small renal cell carcinoma is a reliable and efficient way. |
