ObjectiveBy means of investigation on current conditions of incentive measures in11state-run medical reform trial hospitals in Luoyang, Luohe and Puyang in Henan Province, this paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of medical works towards performance test and incentive measures to find out the factors influencing the initiatives of the medical workers and common problems of the incentive measures. On the basis of this analysis and with reference to incentive management experiences of domestic and foreign hospitals, this paper puts forward some reform proposals to further improve the incentive measures of public hospitals, thus providing experiences and references for further reform of the hospitals.Methods1. Investment approach:Random sampling is adopted to conduct questionnaire in the11hospitals, and contents of the investigation include basic condition, satisfaction degree of performance test and satisfaction degree of incentive measures of the people receiving the investigation.2. Statistic approach:Set up a databank with the help of Epidata3.0; key in the investigation data into the digital databank two times and check the consistency. Carry out credibility and validity analysis over the data with the help of SPSS13.0. In the process of analysis, use average, ratio and composition rate to describe. Carry out two-sample t test, variance analysis and χ2test; test standard α=0.05.Results1. It is statistically meaningful (P<0.05) in terms of familiarity degrees of different groups of medical workers towards performance test. The younger the medical worker is and the shorter a working experience he has, the lower the familiarity degree is. Among all groups of medical workers, doctors have the lowest degree of familiarity with the performance test system.2. There are statistical differences (P<0.05) among different groups of medical workers in salary, benefit and bonus allocation. Doctors have the highest dissatisfaction degree among all groups of medical workers.3. In the analysis over satisfaction degree towards incentive measures, professional title and age are statistically meaningful (P<0.05) in the5-dimension scoring of incentive measures, thus are influencing factors of incentive measures. Conclusion:The current performance test system of public hospitals needs to be further improved. There are differences in satisfaction degree towards performance test among different groups of medical workers, with doctors having the highest dissatisfaction degree.Satisfaction degrees towards incentive measures also differ among medical works with different professional titles, with those of intermediate professional titles having the highest satisfaction degree towards the five dimensions of incentive measures. What is more, medical workers of different age groups differ in terms of satisfaction degree towards incentive measures, with medical workers aged35-49having the lowest satisfaction degree.
