The Influence Factors Analysis Of Hospitalization Expenses In Tonsillectomy Patients

Objective: To study the influence factors of hospitalization expenses intonsillectomy patients and explore the methods of reducing medical expenses.Methods: To analyze164medical records for tonsillectomy abouttonsillar chronic diseases of patients hospitalized retrospectively and the generalsituation, the structure and annual variation of the hospitalization expenses andinfluential factors respectively.lt has explored the methods of reducing medicalexpenses.Results: The main factors of influencing hospitalization expenses rfom bigto small is that the way of anesthesia, Merger unconventional check; Age; themultiple diagnosis,the timing of the operation; postoperative days in hospital;preoperative days in hospital; traditional tonsillectomy by dissection. Conclusion: There are some control measures of medical expenses from thefollowing aspects,like control drug and material expenses, strengthen clinicaluse and anesthesia drug management,reduce the expenses of generalanesthesia,shorten operating time,strengthen medical insurance management andappropriately increase the proportion of outpatient visits,and reducehospitalization days, especially the length of preopertive hospitliztion.
