ObjectiveImmunostaining was performend using specific antibodies angainst PELPl/MNAR,ER.To study the expressions of PELP1/MNAR and ER in endometrioid adenocarcinoma(EA) and their significance, the positive expressions of PELP1/MNAR and ER were positively correlated.Materials and Methods[1] Both samples from endometria were from hysterectomy surgical specimens submitted to the Department of Pathology, the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College. In addition,20were in proliferatine phase.and20were in the secretory phase.,Of the60endometrioid adenocarcinoma,30were in postmenopausal phase.60cases of endometrial hyperplasia,20were the simple hyperplasia,20were the complex hyperplasia,20were the atypical hyperplasia.[2] The expressions of PELP1/MNAR and ER,in40cases of normal endometrium.60cases of endometrial hyperplasia(EH) and60cases of EA,were detected with immunohistochemistry.Results[1]In glandular cells.the positive expressions of PEEP1/MNAR in atypical-hyperplasia endometrium(AHE) and EA were higher than that in normal endometrium simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia.(X-=6.250-16.900、P<0.05).[2]ER immunostaining was high in glandular cells during the proliferative and EA (X2=5.208-12.907、P<0.05).[3] In stromal cells. the positive expressions of PELPI/MNAR in Postmenopausal(PM) samples than EA (X2=7.17、P<0.05)[4]Of the60cases of EA.the positive expressions of PELP1/MNAR and HR were positively correlated (r=0.315. P<0.01).Conclusions [1]In the study, we investigated whether PELP1/MNAR signaling and expression play roles in ensometrial tumorigenesis.[2]The occurrence of endometrial adenocarcinoma may be ralated with the expressions of ER.[3] PELP1/MNAR and ER synergistically facilitate endometrial glandular epithelium to proliferate and carcinogenesis.
