At present our country dyslipidemia prevention situation nots allow hopeful, the incidence of hyperlipidemia there is a increasing trend, should strengthen the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in propaganda, active lipid lowering therapy, the lipid lowering therapy as a cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment measures. This thesis first before taking any lipid-lowering drugs dyslipidemia population in general management, integrated into the heart spleen related theory thinking of management, which is the application of Dengs in spleen related theory founded by regulating the spleen and protecting the heart and removing phlegm and removing blood stasis method, applied to dyslipidemia population management, which will expand dyslipidemia populations slowly disease management is a new idea and intervention methods. At the same time is also the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in treating disease, thought to reflect.Method100patients in outpatient department of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital in2011January to2011July diagnosed hyperlipidemia of qi deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome patients by1:1ratio were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group adopted the general management methods of management, the treatment group in the control group based on the application of heart spleen related theory to guide management, June for a course of treatment. Observation of the two groups of patients before and after administering lipid, clinical symptoms and signs, symptoms, physical signs in integral scale. ResultThe study included100cases,4cases obtained last fall, the treatment group and the control group with48cases in each group.
