Investigation On Pulmonary Protection Of Dan-shen Injection’s Clinical Application In Perioperative Period Of Thoracoscopic Cardiac Surgery

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Dan-shen injection on pulmonary protection in perioperative period of Thoracoscopic Cardiac Surgery and approach its mechanisms.MethodsThirty patients underwent Thoracoscopic Cardiac Surgery were randomly divided into two groups, a treatment group intravenously infused by0.6ml/kg Dan-shen injection be diluted ten times with5%glucose injection and a control group intravenously infused by equal quantity5%glucose injection alone on two days before operation, one day before operation, one hour before cardiopulmonary bypass, one day after operation and two days after operation, fifteen patients each. Drawing arterial blood to make blood gas analysis before the ascending aorta was cross-clamped,2hours and24hours after aorta was opened, recording the PaO2, PaCO2, FiO2and calculating the P(A-a)DO2, RI respectively, to preserve blood serum and determine concentration of the Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1(ICAM-1), simultaneously recording the respirator aid time, ICU stay time and the hospital time after operation.ResultsP(A-a)DO2, RI and ICAM-1of two groups all stepped up significantly after aorta was opened(P<0.01); Compared with control group, P(A-a)D02, RI and ICAM-1of treatment group stepped down significantly(P<0.01). Compared with control group, the hospital time after operation of treatment group is shortened (P<0.05), the respirator aid time, ICU stay time of treatment group are a little shortened but with no obvious statistical significance(P>0.05).ConclusionDan-shen injection have significant pulmonary protection effect on patients who underwent Thoracoscopic Cardiac Surgery. It might play a role to abate inflammatory reaction through restraining the secretion of ICAM-1, to improve lung ventilation and oxygenation function and become a new channel on Pulmonary protection in perioperative period of Thoracoscopic Cardiac Surgery.
