Malassezia sp. is the kinds of lipophilic sprout fungi parasitizing the skin superficies of humanbody and warm-hearted animals permanently. These Malassezia sp. can cause Tinea versicolor,Seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, Malassezia folliculitis and atopic dermatitis. At present, the maiortherapy method is western medicine, but the curative effect is not so good and its toxico-sideeffect is so large. In order to solve the problems existing in the treatment of disease, In this paperthe biological basis of Malassezia sp.,in Malassezia sp. inhibitory action of traditional Chinesemedicine in Malassezia sp. the inhibition of bacteria was studied, The Malassezia sp. in theclinical effect of antagonist a preliminary analysis and testing, and Malassezia sp.epidemiology investigation. The Research Result Showed:(1)Study the biological basis for Malassezia sp.,We found the major pathogenic bacterias areM. furfur, M. sympodiali and M. globosa. We got the strain of M. furfur through optimizingcultivation condition, the cultivate temperature is28℃and the time is4days. the nutrient mediumis comprised of glyceryl monostearate2.5g, arachis oil40mL, glucose40g, peptone10g, yeastextract2.0g, tween-600.5mL,alficetin0.5g and actinone0.5g. The cultivate temperature ofM.sympodiali is32℃and the time is7days,Its nutrient medium is comprised of glycerylmonostearate3.0g, arachis oil40mL, glucose40g, peptone10g, yeast extract2.0g, tween-600.5mL, alficetin0.5g and actinone0.5g. The cultivate temperature of M. globosa is32℃and thetime is4days. Its nutrient medium is comprised of glyceryl monostearate3.0g, arachis oil40mL, glucose40g, peptone10g, yeast extract2.0g, tween-600.5mL, alficetin0.5g and actinone0.5g.(2) The antagonists of Malassezia sp. was study and Traditional Chinese medicine inhibitedMalassezia sp. was studied.The author separated3strains of wood mildew from soil that there isantagonistic effect to M. furfur. But the antagonistic effect is not instability and obviousness. Sowe hope to boost the antagonistic effect by mutation breeding.We found the effect of thetraditional Chinese medicine is too obviousely.5kinds and their mixture of traditional Chinesemedicine and the water extract of chaff ethanol extracts in M. furfur, M.sympodialis, M. globosa,determination results that:①the ethanol extract bacteriostatic effect than the water extractbacteriostatic effect;②ginger extract bacteriostatic effect than other four Chinese medicinemonomer;③five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine of mixture bacteriostatic effectsignificantly better than single herb that the bacteriostatic effect of traditional Chinese medicine.(3) The Malassezia sp. in the clinical effect of antagonist a preliminary analysis and testing.Theexperiment shows complex prescription fritillariae tuber tinctura;which is comprised of fritillariaetuber, fructus, recens rhizome, Tinea Blanca integumentum and ariseaema cum bile can muchsuppress the growth of M.sympodialis. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for external usemixture tinea versicolor, curative effect is better than control group (P <0.01) mixture oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment for external use only in color bacteria infection and acontrol group hair follicle curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, topical fungi and thecontrol group clearance mixture the same (P>0.05), but no side effect of traditional Chinesemedicine for external use. (4) The auther also took a review investgation of relation diseases of Malassezia sp.fromKaifeng and surrounding areas for nearly three years. Results showed that in recent years maratcolor bacteria infectious diseases increases gradually, clinic patients about to rise by1%a year,maradona color bacteria infection related with many factors sebum secretion damp and hot,sweaty environment too much internal and external environment change closely related to agefactor, food factors, living conditions, the immune function change and the severity of the disease.
