ObjectiveTo explore the effect of meridian recuperation to the newborn jaundice by the early intervention and evaluate its effect of reducing the newborn percutaneous and the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, in order to obtain new achievements in the field of prevention of neonatal hyperbilirubinemiaMethodsAfter system check and appraisa,we selected normal newborns borned in women and children’s center of Chinese traditional hospital of Zhejiang as the research objects. We adopted randomized controlled and group methods to study it. Intervention group including90cases, they were provided routine care in the newborn and "health-care according to physical conditioning ". Control group including90cases, they were only provided routine care in the newborn. We recorded daily TCB value, the time of the first yellow stool, daily stool frequency during hospitalization, body weight per day during hospitalization and in the6th and28th day of birth, identification results of physiological characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in birth day and the28th day of birth. When the TCB value reached the level of hyperbilirubinemia, we detected serum total bilirubin. Finally,we assessed analysis and conclusion the results with statistic software SPSS16.0.Results①Transcutaneous index and the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemi. of newborn baby of intervention group are lower than control group, two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).②The time of the first yellow stool of intervention group are significantly shorter than control group and stool frequency per day of intervention group are significantly increased, two groups are significantly different(P<0.01).③Physiological weight loss of newborn baby of intervention group are lesser.Body weight on the28th day of newborn baby of intervention group are heavier, two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).④Improvement of physiological state of newborn baby of two groups are significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion①meridian recuperation can reduce the neonatal bilirubin value and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia.②meridian recuperation can improve neonatal physiological condition and promote children’s growth.
