Objective:In this paper, the method of three-dimensional ultrasound volumedetermination of lower limb major arterial volume reduction in arterialischemic disease of clinical stage, ankle-brachial index, transcutaneous oxygenpressure measurement results compared to explore the accuracy ofthree-dimensional ultrasound volumetric method to determine thedegree ofarterial volume reductionand clinical value. Methods:Select the normal of40cases, unilateral lower limb major arterial volumerelative to reduce their own30%-49%,50%-70%, greater than70%of the20cases, selectedpatients with iliac artery were normal. Method usingthree-dimensional ultrasound volumedetermination of the imaginary normalvolume, and then the three-dimensional ultrasoundvolumetric method tomeasure the real volume of the trunk artery, and determine themajor arterialvolume reduction extent.3D ultrasound volumetric method: arteriallongitudinal method to obtain the two Dimensional surface of the image quality(grayscale and color) to achieve satisfactory, open the "3D" function key, youcan get a quarter of the map data storage into GI3DQ quantitative analysissoftwarethick layer of volume slices (thick slice) in arterial long axis imagesdivided into slices the number of selected arterial segments, and then turn eachpiece of artery cross-sectional profile slice Crochet, and finally selected arterialsegmentthree-dimension alartery images, GI3DQ quantitative analysis software can directlycalculate the selected arterial segments of the vascular volume, andthen paragraph by paragraph, volume measurement obtained a blood vessel, respectively, measured by thesuperficial femoral artery, popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery and the volume of the dorsalis ped isartery to calculate the total volume.Three-dimensional ultrasound volume determination of the lowerextremity major arterial volume to reduce the degree of arterial is chemicdiseases of the phased application ofstatistical software, the IBM SPSSStatistics19for analysis, the correlation between the two groups usingSpearman rank analysis. Volume method for three-dimensional ultrasound,ankle-brachial index and transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure values threeinspection results, the linear statistical methods of applied statistics,ankle-brachial index, transcutaneous oxygen tension and three-dimensionalultrasound volumetric method are in line with the linear equation obtained foreach group the correlation curve diagram and the correlation coefficient (R2)values were analyzed statistically. Results:The volumetric method of three-dimensional ultrasound andankle-brachial index, as well as three-dimensional ultrasound volumetricmethod and trans cutaneous partial pressure of oxygen, respectively, satisfy alinear relationship.By repeatedly calculated and fitted to determine thequadratic equation, the calculation of the ankle-brachial index, the correlationcoefficient (R2values) through the skin oxygen tension and three-dimensionalultrasound volumetric method were0.9987,0.9957, and the linear correlationbetween the two sets of comparative data exist.3D ultrasound volume methodand the trend line of the ankle-brachial index than with transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen is more reliable, linear correlation closer.Equation test, asmall amount of samples brought back there is a slight deviation equationcorrect and verifiable. Results:The following conclusions from the results of thisstudy:1.Three-dimensional ultrasound measurements of lower extremity arterialvolume to be able to assess the degree of arterial ischemia, can be used as anew method forevaluation of lower limb ischemia extent.2.Three-dimensionalultrasound volume determination of lower extremity arterial volume andarterial ischemic disease clinical stage, determination of ankle-brachialindex,transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure of the three combined, canprovide a more comprehensive, three-dimensional information forclinical.3.Moderate correlation of three-dimensional ultrasound measurementof lower extremity arterial volume to reduce the degree of arterial ischemicdisease clinical stage.4.Three-dimensional ultrasound measurements of lowerextremity arterial volume to reducethe degree of ankle-brachial index, transcutaneous oxygen pressure measurement results are in goodagreement.5.Three-dimensional ultrasound volumetric method as the evaluationof peripheral arterial disease still need to standardize, improve, and there willbe a good development with the progress of the ultrasound technology. In summary,Three-dimensional ultrasound volume determination of beable to evaluate the level oflower limb ischemia; three-dimensional ultrasoundvolumetric method with arterial ischemic disease clinical stage, ankle-brachialindex,transcutaneous partial pressure of oxygen in combination, can provide amore complete, objective, true for clinicallesion artery, to help determinedisease severity, contribute to the clinical-surgical treatment options.
