Pain has long been affected people’s lives, as a people to suffer from external stimulationof subjective experience. The causes of pain include a variety of factors, and one of which isthe pain caused by subcutaneous injection. This kind of pain is unbearable for many patients. From the perspective of reducing the pain in patients during injection process, KeyLaboratory of Bionic Engineering, Ministry of Education, JiLin University has developed apainless syringe. This paper attempts to establish contact between the drag reduction effectand pain reduction effect by the way of the biological tests, which is in order to prove dragreduction effect of the bionic needles. This article is divided into four parts:1. In this paper, combining the results of frictional resistance tests and punctureresistance tests, to optimize several kinds of surface morphology of painless bionic needle onthe basis of the past bionic painless needle, and to prove these needles have significant dragreduction effect. All the work is ready for further biological function test.2. According to the summary of processing methods about the bionic painless needle, todevelop a more reasonable processing method. And to make some ideal bionic needles whichhad nice morphology and structure.3. To have some related biological function about the drag reduction effect of the bionicneedles. Using the BP-98A intelligent non-invasive blood pressure monitor for data collection, and obtaining the physiological indicators of all rats. To use the heart rate and blood pressureas a measure of the degree of pain perception. And to prove that there are significantnumerical changes in heart rate and blood pressure in the case of pain. These experimentshave proved that the heart rate and blood pressure would be elevated when the rats wereacupunctured.4. Using the Origin software to deal with changes in blood pressure and heart rate data,Spss software for statistical analysis. Calculation of the rats in each group acupuncture beforeand after blood pressure, heart rate of change. Comparison of them for each set ofexperimental data were analyzed. Using the BP98AWU Software for processing theexperimental data. Through the comparison of data between the group and intergroup, findingout the best surface morphology for the bionic needle, which is bellows type and the size isthat depth:0.08mm, span:0.75mm, width:0.3mm.
