Objective:Because of Talus ’s special anatomical position, anatomy structure andblood supply system. The treatment of talus fracture become difficult inclinical work. Because of difficult surgery operations, and high complicationsafter the fracture, not only the treatment is difficult, but the prognosis is notoptimistic, This article on the progress of basic research and clinical treatmentmay guide it’s future clinical practice and help the Surgeon to select theappropriate surgical approach. Methods:We Follow-up and retrospective analysis28patients who got talus fracturein our hospital from January2007to December2011.In18cases Talar neckfracture includes3cases of Hawkins type I,7cases of type II,5cases of typeIII,3cases of type IV. this cases including two cases of talar neck fracturesmerger pilon fractures.10cases of Talar body fractures.1cases of talus tailfractures.Four patients were treated conservatively, and the remaining24patients underwent surgical treatment.ResultsAll this cases were average follow-up of4years, with Hawkins scoringmethod, in which the score was good in19cases,4cases and poor in5cases.68%of excellent rateConclusions:1Simply tail fracture and nondisplaced Type I fractures can acceptconservative treatment, and the results were satisfactory2Nailing from former to rear is clear and relatively simple surgical procedure of talus fracture, applicable to clinical Surgical treatment of talusfracture3The Open talus fracture needs debridement and reduction as soon aspossible for better prognosis4Conservative treatment alone is not satisfactory to Comminutedfracture of the talus, and prognosis is poor.
