The development of endoscopic surgery has brought a revolutionary change for the surgery, due to the characteristics of minimally invasive of the endoscopic surgery, more and more patients are making the choice of endoscopic surgery as the primary means of treatment. With the increasing demand for endoscopic surgery, there are also increasing demand for proficient doctors in endoscopic surgeon. However, due to the characteristics of the endoscopic surgery, the cultivation and training of qualified doctors always have great difficulties. This article aimed at knee arthroscopic surgery, based on virtual reality and virtual display software and took the use of sensors and data acquisition card to establish a realistic and stable system on the basis of interactive device, in order to simulate the operation of knee arthroscopic surgery. This article makes analysis and research from the following aspects:(1) Make deep analysis of freedom of degree of knee arthroscopic surgery, then design and build a hardware interactive device which used to simulate the knee arthroscopic surgery. On this basis, we make further more needs analysis and structural improvements, then eventually developed a set of hardware interactive device according with the modular design concept, and can be commonly used for endoscopic surgery.(2) Analysis of functional modules for data acquisition systems, combined with requirements of the data acquisition rate and accuracy, and then determines the selection of sensors and data acquisition cards, to fulfill the goals of data acquisition system hardware modules. On the basis of the hardware module, we make deep analysis the software features of the data acquisition card in order to determine the multi-channel data acquisition software function modules.(3) Analyzing Interactive control theory and building the mathematical model. Aimed at develop data acquisition system based on functional modules integrated with virtual knee arthroscopic surgery, we get through a series of key technology research, and ultimately successfully invent multi-channel data acquisition system.(4) Using virtual reality software, combined with the programming development tools, design a advanced system of virtual knee arthroscopic surgery. The system is design for simulate a variety of organizational structure in the operation of endoscopic surgery. This system has interactive features, and can guide the users to perform various operations as well as browsing and learning knowledge in the system.
