Objective:to inquire into the hemodynamic changes in early and late onset severe pre-eclampsia fetus’ umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery flow, and the relationship with perinatal outcome. Methods:apply the Color Doppler into detecting37normal cases of pregnancy(gestation weeks are diameter more than34),31normal cases of pregnancy (28~34weeks of gestation),30cases of early onset severe pre-eclampsia and30cases of late onset severe pre-eclampsia patients’ fetal umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery’ ratio of peak systolic maximum velocity/end diastolic maximum velocity(S/D)ã€resistance index (RI)ã€at the same time, observe fetal intrauterine growth (the biparietal diameterã€the length of femur) and record birth weight of new-born babies,1min Apgar score and the rates of fetal distress and low birth weight infants.Result:all the ratios between the S/Dã€RI of early onset severe pre-eclampsia fetal UA and the control group are higher than the one between late onset severe pre-eclampsia fetal UA and the control group, whose difference has statistical significance.(P<0.05). All the ratios between early onset severe pre-eclampsia fetalã€MCA-RIã€MCA-S/D and the control group are obviously lower than the ratios between late onset severe pre-eclampsia fetal UA and the control group, which has statistical significance.(P<0.05). All the ratios of early onset severe pre-eclampsia1min Apgar score(≤7),, and low birth weight infants are higher than those of late onset severe pre-eclampsia, which has statistical significance.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1ã€Compared with late onset severe pre-eclampsia fetal, early onset of severe pre-eclampsia during pregnancy has more clinical reference value which fetal UA-S/Dã€UA-RI〠MCA-RIã€MCA-S/D and biparietal diameter, Apgar score for the evaluation of intrauterine fetal safety situation and predict neonatal birth outcome.2ã€On perinatal outcomes, compared with late onset severe pre-eclampsia fetal, early onset severe preeclampsia more likely to have low birth weight, and neonatal light, moderate and severe asphyxia. |
