The Expression And Correlation Studies Of Claudin－1,4and Caspase-3in Colorectal Cancer Organization

Objective To Explore expression, clinical significance and correlationstudies to closely the tight junction protein Claudin-1,4and Caspase-3incolorectal cancer tissue.Methods Application immunohistochemical method, detected Claudin-1,4proteins and Caspase-3expression level,and analysised the clinicalsignificance and the association,for60patients with colorectal cancer and20cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissue organization.Results The expression of Claudin-1,4in colorectal cancer tissueswere76.6%and85.0%,significantly higher than normal colorectal mucosalexpression were20.0%and30.0%, respectively,there is a significantdifference statistical significance P <0.01. Expression positie of Claudin-1,4in lymph node metastasis group were50.0%,55.0%, much higher than26.6%,30.0%in no lymph node metastasis of positive and statistical significancewas found between P <0.05. And Caspase-3in colorectal cancer groups expresspositive rate was21.7%, much lower than the normal group and60.0%positiveexpression rate;Caspase-3with or without lymph node metastasis of positivegroup were19.2%,3.33%, the difference was not statistically significant P>0.05;Claudin-1,4and Caspase-3protein expression in TNM stage between oneand two groups were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Claudin-1,4high expression in colorectal cancer occurrenceand development process may play a role in promoting its expression andhistological differentiation degree were related with TNM staging, lymph nodemetastasis Claudin-1,4, can be used as a prognostic markers of colorectalcancer,such as and Caspase-3was tested in the meantime too, the colorectalcancer prognosis is estimated more clinical significance.
