By detecting LPA of plasma and the serum HE4and CA125in the patients with ovarian,benign ovarian tumors and the normal healthy woman, Understanding of the LPA, HE4, whether as ovarian tumor markers and CA125complementary in order to improve the detection rate of ovarian malignancy.Especially in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer diagnosisMethods rEnrolled65patients with ovarian cancer,45patients with benign ovarian tumors, and30Health examination woman from Shanxi Province carcinoma Hospital during September2010to September2011. To get their plasma or serum. The final diagnoses were confirmed by histopathology for all patients.To account the values of LPA, HE4and CA125Using SPSS13.0statistics software to statistics analysis.Results:1. The values of LPA in plasma ranged between5.2umol/L and32.7umol/L in the group of ovarian cancers, and in the group of the benign ovarian tumor,the ranged between1.5umol/L and12.6umol/L,and in the Health group,the ranged between0.lumol/L and6.4umol/L.Plasma LPA levels of patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those of benign ovarian tumor and healthy controls(p<0.05)2.The values of HE4in serum ranged between37.9pmol/L and1315.5pmol/L in the group of ovarian cancers.and in the group of the benign ovarian tumor,the ranged between8.42pmol/L and63.9pmol/L.and in the Health group,the ranged between2.6pmol/L and49.8pmol/L.LPA levels of patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those of benign ovarian tumor and healthy controls(p<0.05)3.The plasma levels of LPA in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer sensitivity is80.4%,Specificity is82.3%,The serma levels of HE4in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer sensitivity is77.8%Specificity is91.6%.The three joint detection sensitivity is79.2%Specificity is82.8%.Three of combined assay for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were Improved.4.There are no significant relation between LPA value of ovarian cancers and Pathological types, but there is correlation to the clinic stages. The Positive rate in Ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma is80.39%,The Positive rate in Ovarian mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is28.13%,The serous carcinoma has good diagnostic value.5.HE4level of epithelial ovarian cancer patients with CA125levels showed a moderate positive correlation (rs=0.483,P<0.05;). Epithelial ovarian cancer patients with levels of LPA and CA125levels were low positive correlation (rs=0.242,P>0.05;)6.Ⅱ-Ⅳ of patients with LPA and HE4levels increased significantly compared with the Phase Ⅰ; no significant difference between the I-IV phase.; I-IV along with the clinical stage increased the level of the combination of HE4an upward trend.Conclusions1.The specificity of LPA and HE4assay is higher than CA125assay in the diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma and LPA HE4combined with CA125assay Call improve the diagnoses.2. The levels of the LPA, HE4and CA125levels were positively correlated, and CA125can complement each other, in order to improve the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.3.LPA and no significant correlation between pathological types of ovarian cancer. The combination of HE4, CA125levels of ovarian tumor pathology type, serous adenocarcinoma patients compared with mucus sac adenocarcinoma were significantly higher.
