Collection of baseline year (without incentives)and routine monitoring of the project year (with incentives) of new smear positive TB patients to compare the data to take the stratified cluster sampling knot anti-personnel, village doctors and village cadres, tuberculosis patients and suspects questionnaire, use the relative number to describe the line×list of data comparison using χ2test SPSS11.5software to complete the statistical analysis.Results①The survey regional projects compared with the baseline year of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients found to increase the number of months85.28%11-May7, four survey counties baseline statistical results are less than the month the project found that the number of the highest monthly difference of86people, minimum difference of7, suggesting that the incentive policies to increase the discovery rate of new smear-positive tuberculosis patients, has a certain effect on the prevention and control work.②tuberculosis in patients with incentives to take work94.87percent of the TB control staff with favor,98.68%of village doctors and village cadres with favor, and found that treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis play a positive role.③TB control staff, village doctors and village cadres, pulmonary TB patients and suspected patients were surveyed on specific measures in incentives have different views, but unanimously endorsed prizes reported disease.④76that the project was implemented in the incentive standards lower in the effective investigation of377people,212people think that the appropriate standard of projects implemented incentive, there are89people who were indifferent on the project to implement the incentive criteria. See that all the crowd to hold higher expectations of material rewards.Conclusions①incentives played a positive role in the secondary prevention of TB, should continue to promote. The②Some concrete measures in the implementation process, the different groups of people made constructive comments on the incentive mechanism. Visible in the policy-making, should be combined with practical, on balance, give full play to the role of incentives.③We should strengthen the project supervision and management, rationalization of procedures, and truly put in place various measures to improve the effectiveness of incentive mechanisms.
