Analysis Of Investigation Result Of Tuberculosis/HIV Co-infection In Changshu

[Objective] To analyse the prevalence and epidemiological features of tuberculosis/HIV co-infection,discusse the cooperation mechanism of preventive controls of tuberculosis/HIV co-infection and policies and measures of decrease the burden of tuberculosis in HIV/AIDS and the burden of HIV of tuberculosis patients.[Methods] To detect HIV antibodies among the Tuberculosis Patients, and carry out TB-screening in HIV/AIDS.[Results] The rate of HIV infection in the tuberculosis patients was 0.25%(1/400),the rate of TB infection in HIV/AIDS was 9.62%(5/52).[Conclusion] At the present stage,HIV surveillance on tuberculosis patients and TB-screening in HIV/AIDS should be strengthened, early found the patient of TB/HIV co-infection.We must attch importance to tuberculosis/HIV co-infection,strengthen the preventive controls of tuberculosis/HIV co-infection.
