Objective:Study on coronary heart disease in patients with unstable angina application of indobufen of clinical efficacy and safety, and efficacy comparison with aspirin.Method:Department of Cardiology in our hospital diagnosed240cases of unstable angina patients were randomly divided into120cases of indobufen (treatment group) and aspirin (control group) treatment of120cases of the system. All patients were given a rest, intermittent low-flow oxygen, application of nitrates, blockers, cholesterol lowering agents, anticoagulants and nutrition myocardium such as the conventional treatment of unstable angina, treatment group the indobufen tablets (200mg/d),the control group and a treatment with aspirin (100mg/d),to observe two groups of patients with chest pain, seizure frequency, duration, clinical efficacy and ECG improve the situation.Results:(1) Control group, frequency of angina pectoris:after treatment (1.10±0.78) times/day lower than before treatment(3.56±0.65) times/day (P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant; the duration of attack:after treatment(3.22±1.43) minutes lower than before treatment(7.46±2.22) minutes(P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant. Treatment group, the frequency of angina pectoris:after treatment (1.02±0.74)times/day lower than before treatment(3.54±0.78)times/day (P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant; duration of attack:after treatment (3.12±1.28) lower than before treatment (8.72±3.36) minutes(P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, angina attack frequency (1.02±0.74) times/day lower than the control group after treatment of angina attack frequency (1.10±0.78)times/day (P<0.05). the difference was statistically significant; treatment group after treatment, duration of attack (3.12±1.28) minutes lower than the duration of attack in the control group (3.22±1.43) minutes (P<0.05).difference was statistically significant.(2) The clinical efficacy of the treatment group the total effective rate was90.0%, the clinical efficacy of the control group.the total effective rate was65.0%(P<0.05), difference was statistically significant.(3) Treatment group ECG improvement rate was80.0%and63.3%in the control group (P<0.05),difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Unstable angina in patients with indobufen the clinical effect is significant and secure. Indobufen is more effective than aspirin.
