High-intensity physical activity can lead to cardiac fatigue has been recognized bymost researchers. But there are still a number of unresolved problems, especiallyexercise-induced cardiac fatigue (EICF) and exercise-induced myocardial injury (EICD)distinguish between the need to add new indicators for the integrated assessment ofcardiac fatigue. Conducted in rabbits exhaustive swimming, adding new indicators ofcardiac function test mode, in order to provide a basis for future cardiac fatigueassessment. I first proposed experimental model of rabbit cardiac fatigue, set up theexhaustive swimming lethal experimental group, analysis exhaustive, exhaustive instantdeath point in time of discovery to reveal the performance of EICF and EICD; NewZealand White rabbits (NZW) wheel load swimming test, to achieve exhaustive state, andobserve the exercise stress after a heart sound can resume the second heart soundamplitude ratio (S1/S2) and heart rate (HR) transformation trends, and24h after. NZWload swimming test, S1/S2, and HR rose in the early stage of exercise stress, decline inexhaustive state24hours after recovery. Weight overweight experiments led to the deathof two experimental animals, observed that some new phenomenon of overloading anddeath. New Zealand white rabbits wheel load swimming test mode contribute to theobservation and study of cardiac fatigue and cardiac death aura. Heart fatigue is not onlybeneficial to the athlete selection, training and competing arrangements, and beneficial tohigh-intensity operations such as fire fighting personnel and high-intensity militaryoperations personnel the detection of cardiac function, but also cardiac evaluationfacilities to benefit patients and the general population.
