Objective: To explore the cerebral hemorrhage (Intra cerebral hemorrhage, ICH)in serum of patients with ultra sensitive C-reactive protein (High sensitivity C-reactiveprotein, Hs-CRP) concentration level and its dynamic variation and the relationshipbetween cerebral hemorrhage; serum ultra sensitive C-reactive protein level andprognosis in cerebral hemorrhage and the relationship between. Methods: Collection and detection of60cases of cerebral hemorrhage patientsand30healthy persons serum Hs-CRP concentration. All patients with cerebralhemorrhage after head at the onset of CT or MRI, many tins of calculation method forthe determination of the amount of bleeding, in accordance with the standards are dividedinto large blood loss, blood loss, blood loss in small groups of patients with cerebralhemorrhage, Hs-CRP concentration levels and the hemorrhage quantity correlationanalysis was conducted for patients with cerebral hemorrhage; serum high sensitive C-reactive protein level and prognosis related analysis. Results: After intra cerebral hemorrhage patients’ serum Hs-CRP concentrationlevels in different period were higher than those of normal control group, with significantdifference (P <0.05) on cerebral hemorrhage; serum Hs-CRP concentration in dynamicobservation of the levels of serum Hs in patients with cerebral hemorrhage showed CRPconcentration level of third D is24hours there is an increasing trend (P <0.05), tenth Dand third D comparison has decreased (P<0.05),24h and tenth D compared no significantdifference (P>0.05), third D and seventh D compared with difference (P<0.05); differentamount of bleeding group compared with the normal control group were statisticallydifferent (P=0.05), as the bleeding volume increased, serum Hs-CRP concentration levelis higher also, but the bleeding, bleeding volume in blood group, small group comparison showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1). Hs-CRP after intra cerebral hemorrhage with severity of illnesshas certain correlation.(2). Hs-CRP level the higher the prognosis is worse.(3). Afterintra cerebral hemorrhage in serum Hs-CRP concentration changes of levels ofinflammatory reaction, indirectly reflects the severity degree of cerebral edema can beused to judge the situation, change of the patient’s condition and prognosis observationindex.
