Congenital cleft rehabilitation method, There are a variety of methods in clinicalsurgery, the purpose is the close fractures and can achieve good velopharyngealcompetence. Langenbeck operation[1]as a long history of the classic operation, mainly is suitable for patients with incomplete cleft, with simple operation, Stickyperiosteal flap not easily necrosis, Minus tension fully, Bare bone surface is less, lessbleeding, fewer complications, and beginners easy to master advantages, but somescholars[2]think method has failed to effectively prolong the soft palate bacterium,go against the ideal velopharyngeal competence after operation, for an objectiveevaluation of the method of treatment effect, this study was based on the aboveobjectives, the fourth military medical university of stomatological hospital inMarch2006to March2008by method of Lan’s during repair60cases1-2years oldpatients with incomplete cleft, postoperative speech and clinical effect assessmentanalysis, to further scientific research and clinical work provides the basis. This research is divided into three parts: 1. Articulation evaluationMethods: Use mandarin articulation Measurement Table in our hospital forthe method of Lan’s repair60cases of patients with incomplete cleft articulationevaluation; Results: in the60routine speech intelligibility check of the patients, has78.3%of the patients after surgery to voice clear standards; Conclusion: For patients with incomplete cleft, spells speech intelligibilityrecovered well after Lan’s operations, and it has the unique advantages, and otherrelative to avoid large surgical trauma, simple operation, easy to master beginners,is still incomplete cleft the first-selected way of repair.2. On velopharyngeal conditionsMethods:46patients with incomplete cleft surgery patients withNasopharyngeal fiberoscope examination; Results: in the Nasopharyngeal fiberoscope examination46cases,84.8%ofthe postoperative patients to recover normal velopharyngeal function. Conclusion: this study from velopharyngeal evaluate Lan’s of surgical repairincomplete cleft palate to the improvement of the velopharyngeal anatomicalconfiguration, and the results showed that the Lan’s operation can effectivelyimprove the patients VP function, operation of the formation of the double discsubstantially reduce the organization’s the possibility of tissue necrosis, Minustension fully, less bleeding, etc, it is a kind of good incomplete cleft of thesurgical patients repair.3. Spectral analysisMethods: to16incomplete children with cleft surgery with13normal childrenwere recorded and analyzed by computer voice workstation, measure the first three resonant F1and F2, F3’s data, and compared. Results: two groups of children of the F1value is no statistical difference, F2, F3between the two groups have significant differences. Conclusion: the F2, F3’s data in incomplete cleft palate cases which were givenmodified Lan’s operations was significantly lower than the normal children, thismay relative to tongue’s retraction and the soft palate down, but higher thanother surgical and the same surgical with older patients, may and sample size, operation age and cleft type relevant.
