With the appearance of drug-resistant bacteria, supervirus and fungal infection, the need of new and effective drugs is more and more urgent. Actinomycetes areimportant resource for discovering novel active natural products which can produce alarge number of novel secondary metabolites. In this study, the secondary metabolites of Actinomycetes FIM06-0063wereisolated to screen compounds with novel structures or new bioactivity. This research investigated the fermentation conditions of the FIM06-0063, andoptimized its elementary fermentation conditions. Six compounds were isolated fromthe fermentation broth of FIM06-0063by serial process such as macroporous resincolumn chromatography, silica chromatography, C18chromatography, SephadexLH-20, HPLC and preparative TLC. The chemical structures of the six compoundsdetermined by UV, MS and NMR spectra were identified as9-methoxy-ansamitocinP-2(1),9-methoxy-ansamitocin P-3(2),9-methoxy-ansamitocin P-4(3), ansamitocinP-2(4), ansamitocin P-3(5) and ansamitocin P-4(6).Compound1,3are novelcompounds and compound2is a new natural product.Six compounds extracted from the fermentation broth of ActinomycetesFIM06-0063lay the foundation for further screening ansamitocins and theirpharmaceutical applications.
