Objective to investigate the effectiveness of brain edema around the hematoma for agiven period of time via founding spontaneous hypertention rats model by collagenIV,to study the chronergy of brain edema around the hematoma and the connectionwith the blood pressure,to probe the connected style of the volume and blood pressure, and to prove the hypothesis of brain edema around the brain hemorrhage in acutestage. Methods A total of48Six-month-old male SHR was used, the blood-pressure wasdetermined by tail-cuff, collagenase Ⅳ was injected into caudate nucleus of the brain.Monitor the change of blood pressure and ethology after operation. Observe thechanges in magnetic resonance imaging and get the brain tissue around the hematomain different time, Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR) was performed todetect the expression of aquaporin4in the brain. Results (1) compared with before operation(186.16±2.69mmHg), theblood-pressure of SHR significant statistical decreased after ICH at the firstday(130.83±10.20mmHg)(,p=0.000,p=0.002),at the third day(151.00±14.91mmHg),it began to increase at5day(169.50±6.09mmHg)~7day(170.17±6.40mmHg).(2)Thetotal profile between blood pressure variability and variation of brain edema isparallel after Parallel profile inspection of Profile analysis in groupMRI(F=2.820,P=0.063),and they are not Coincident after Coincidence profile inspection(F=10.961,P=0,.000).In other words, the trend of the blood pressure variability and variation ofbrain edema is consistent; Using pearson Correlation analysis, we demonstratedsystolic blood pressure variability to be significantly and directly related to variationof brain edema (r=0.527,P=0.024),and systolic blood pressure variability to besignificantly and directly related to variation of the hematoma (r=0.755,P=0.000)(3) the expression of aquaporin4had significantly increased after ICH at1-3d,comparedwith the group of5days(p=0.000) and7days(p=0.000).and had no statistic mean whencomparing5d with7d(p=0.187).Conclusion Brain edema appeared at the first day after ICH, increased significantly at3d, the extensive velocity of the edema is significant higer than the hematoma;Theblood pressure decreased at1d, and it began to increase at3-7day after ICH.Thetendency of blood pressure and the edema after ICH in1-7days is paralleled.
