Along with the progress of the society and the development of science andtechnology, the living standard of people more and more high, a large number ofadvanced manufacturing technology has been applied in the field of medicine to theimprovement of people’s living conditions. Bone lesions or accident be called bonedamage, to human body do a lot of damage and pain. The human body joint defect haslong been are human attention a hot issue. In real life for a variety of special feelingsituation, such as disease, war, an accident etc, make human body bone and jointdamage, which brings a tens of thousands of amputees. The existence of these amputeesnot only serious impact on the life of its own, and increasingly became today’s societynot allow to ignore groups. In order to reduce reduce their pain prosthetic limbs fromresearch, from the most simple wooden artificial limbs to now intelligent artificial limbs,artificial limbs research has had great progress. In the traditional orthopaedic surgery toreplace the bone is to ensure the smooth operation and to be replaced and measurementof bone, this process may last for more than10days for the cause of pain for a longtime. Therefore, individualized, new artificial of the knee joint defect method hasimportant social meaning and practical value.This paper is based on the basis of the rapid prototyping technology with themedical problem, and the combination of the use of medicine in CT graph model ofknee or set up by3d software directly to create knee model, and the basis of rapidprototyping manufacturing technology of the physical change, at the same time, themodel is related mechanical test. Specific main contents are as follows:First of all, a detailed explanation of rapid prototyping technology of the basicprinciple and technology, with its this technology in the orthopaedic medicalapplications, and put forward the3D medical model and manufacturing manufacturingbionic artificial bone two ideas.Second, the knee for3D modeling. Based on the medical CT figure CAD of3dmodeling method and3D software entities directly modeling two methods research, thispaper made a direct modeling method of the model. Again, rapid prototyping manufacturing knee precision control analysis. Tomanufacture process may cause the error of the model of reason is analyzed and thecorresponding control measures.Finally, using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, the model, mainly forstress field and temperature field analysis, verify the effectiveness of the model toachieve purpose.The last of the full text of the study summarized the work, and on the futureresearch put forward new Suggestions and ideas.
