Purpose:1. The study patients with cancer of the stomach serum TK1(STK1) in thepreoperative and postoperative during different periods of level, and STK1analysis in the evaluation of the prognosis of patients with cancer of the stomachin the role.2. Joint stomach tissue TK1, Ki-67immunohistochemical test, study the clinicalpathology to cancer of the stomach the behavior of the other reference value.3. Explore TK1cancer of the stomach, Ki-67joint expression of stomach cancerrelapse and metastasis of influence.Methods:1. Serum examination: select2009~2012gastrointestinal surgery two areaconfirmed by pathology stomach cancer patient120examples, the stomach benignlesions in25patients20cases of normal. Detection preoperative andpostoperative January, after3months,6months after STK1level. Detectionmethods: ECL imprinting immune-enhanced application method to detect lightTK1serum level, TK1detection sensitivity of0.13pM.2. Immunohistochemical detection: the fujian medical university gastrointestinalsurgery two area between2002~2012for follow-up data and confirmed bypathology of cancer of the stomach for cases; Choose the five years recurrence ormetastasis appeared, and from these cases randomly35cases (group A), theselection of disease-free survival more than5years or above of cases, andrandomly from27cases (group B) and the other from the stomach of collection selection benign lesions15cases and normal25cases as control group. TK1protein expression parts in the cytoplasm, in the62cases of gastric cancer,TK1positive expression rate was82.3%(51/62),15cases were gastric benignlesions in the TK1positive expression rate20.0%(3/15);25cases of healthypeople express positive rate was16.0%(4/25). Stomach cancer, stomach benignlesions, the expression of the TK1normal significantly (P﹤0.001). Stomachcancer tissues in the group A (94.3%) than positive group B were66.7%(18/27)(P﹤0.01)3. Ki-67express parts in the nucleus,62cases of gastric cancer organizationspositive expression rate was67.7%(42/62),15cases were gastric benign lesionsin the positive Ki-67expression rate is6.7%(1/15);25cases of normal in stomachtissue express positive rate was8%(2/25). Stomach cancer, stomach benignlesions, normal Ki-67express significantly (P﹤0.05). Stomach cancer tissues inthe group A Ki-67positive rate was82.9%(29/35) than in group B Ki-67positiveexpression rate48.1%(13/27), between the two groups of Ki-67expresssignificantly (P=0.003)4. TK1and Ki-67express positive correlation between (r=0.402, p=0.001), butTK1and lymph node metastasis, organization credits type, TNM stage clinicalpathology no correlation between the parameters (p﹥0.05).5. Ki-67and lymph node metastasis, organization credits type, TNM stage clinical pathology between the parameters of significant difference (p﹤0.05). But thepositive expression in different histological classification no significant difference(p﹥0.05).6. TK1and Ki-67and gastric cancer prognosis about, A, B TK1between the twogroups, Ki-67both expression are significantly (p=0.013and0.004).7. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the Ki-67positive express group andTK1, Ki-67joint express group than both the prognosis of the patients who do notexpress poor, exist significant differences (p=0.046and0.001), TK1positiveexpression without disease survival rate of less than TK1negative express groupbut there are no statistics difference (p=0.089).Conclusions:1. STK1in patients with cancer of the stomach the level was significantly higherthan the stomach and normal patients with benign lesions, STK1rise of cancer ofthe stomach to indirect diagnosis, is lung cancer diagnosis reference index.2. TK1, Ki-67joint high expression is lung cancer relapse and metastasis of riskfactors.3. TK1in the expression of gastric cancer significantly higher than the stomach andnormal benign lesions, the discretion of the judge TK1expression to the prognosisof cancer of the stomach, diagnosis of cancer of the stomach is one of referenceindex.4. Ki-67in the expression of gastric cancer significantly higher than the stomach andnormal benign lesions, the expression and tumor stage pathology classification ofthe differences between the parameters, the higher the grade high expression.Ki-67expression and TK1exist are related, TK1and Ki-67is the proliferation oftumor cells reaction index.
