Objective To explore the protective effect of salidroside preconditioning on hepaticischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Method Seventy-two SD rats were randomly divided into four groups.GroupA:pseudo-operation group;Group B:ischemia-reperfusion group;Group C:high dosesof salidroside prevent group(24mg/kg);Group D:low doses of salidroside preventivegroup(6mg/kg).Serum and liver samples were collected at1h,6h and8h after the4models were established.Seurm alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransf-erase(AST) were measured by an automatic biochemical analyzer, expression of Heatshock protein70(HSP70) of the liver was detected by immunohistochemical stainingand the pathological of liver were examined.Result In four groups, the concentrations of AST and ALT were increased at1h,reached its highest level at6h.Compared with I/R group in group of salidrosidepreconditioning, the pathological changes of the liver were amelioratedsignificantly, and the level of serum AST,ALT and the expression of HSP70weresignificantly reduced(p<0.05).Conclusion Salidroside preconditioning can protect liver from ischemia-reperfusioninjury in rats by clearing Oxygen free radicals(OFR) and its antioxidant effect.
