Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of antiplatelet therapy before endovascularinterventional therapy for ruptured intracranial aneurysm, providing guidance for clinicaltreatment. Methods: Forty-one patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysm treated by endovascularembolism were selected and randomly divided into the antiplatelet therapy group and controlgroup. Analyzed the patient’s age, Hunt-Hess grade and the size and distribution of aneurysm in theanalysis groups whether there were significant differences, to determine whether the two sets of datacomparable. Observed two groups of perioperative aneurysm rupture rate of rebleeding and cerebralinfarction occurred to explore the safety and efficacy of preoperative antiplatelet therapy forthe early endovascular treatment of ruptured aneurysms.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups at age, Hunt-Hess grade, the size and distribution of aneurysm (P>0.05).2. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at the rate ofaneurysm rebleeding (P>0.05).3.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups at the rate ofcerebral infarction occurred(P<0.05).Conclusion: Involved in the preoperative antiplatelet therapy can be used for medicationcontraindicated of any age, Hunt-Hess grade Ⅰ~Ⅳ level in patients with no strict requirements on thesize and distribution of aneurysm.6-8hours of oral/enema once involved in the night beforeendovascular embolism or preoperative use of aspirin300mg+clopidogrel75mg can reduce theincidence of cerebral infarction, without increasing the ruptured aneurysm rebleeding incidence. Therefore the antiplatelet therapy used before endovascular interventional therapy is considered safe andeffective.
