The Clinical Study Of Qiang Ji No.1Fang Treatment To Ankylosing Sponylitis Of The Shen Xu Du Han

Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) which is an inflammatory disease with unknown cause,mainly affects the axial skeleton, peripheral joints and articular structures. Based on clinicalobservations, most of them is Shen Xu Du Han in terms of TCM.Objective: To discuss the treatment outcome of the QiangJi No.1Fang to the patientswith AS of Shen Xu Du Han in syndrome differentiation of TCM, thus to provide the newtreatment methods and theoretical basis.Methods: To select the standard clinical observation objects, and which are randomlydivided into2groups. The control group adopts the nimesulide, sulfasalazine; while thetreatment group is added with the prescription of QiangJi No.1Fang. They are treatedcontinuously for3months, and determinate the related indexes for statistical analysis after amonth,3months after the treatment.Results: QiangJi No.1Fang can control the AS disease, obviously reduce the pain,improve quality of life, and promote CRP and ESR in AS activity decreased to the normalvalues, effectively improve the thyroid function of the patients with AS of Shen Xu Du Han,as well as reduce drug side effects.Conclusion: Shen Xu Du Han is the key pathogenesis factor of the AS. QiangJi No.1Fang with the combination of nimesulide, sulfasalazine can effectively and reliably cure theankylosing spondylitis, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
